The Françoise Héritier Gardens are marked by a preserved wisteria vine, a living fragment that predates the modern space and recalls the private gardens that once occupied this ground. Opened in two thousand four as the ZAC Didot garden, this public space was renamed in two thousand nineteen to honor the anthropologist, ethnologist, and feminist Françoise Héritier.
