The Luxembourg Gardens in the sixth arrondissement hold a bronze replica of the Statue of Liberty nestled among the trees near the Rue Guynemer. Standing nearly three meters tall, this figure was originally presented for the nineteen hundred Universal Exposition and later gifted by the sculptor Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi to the Luxembourg Museum.
