The Square Bolivar is a quiet, triangular pocket of the nineteenth arrondissement, defined by its steep incline and a central island planted with trees. Created in nineteen oh two by a private real estate group, the small street climbs from eighty-three to ninety-three meters in elevation, a rise of about ten percent that gives the space its distinct, slanted character.
