Passage Verdeau is a narrow, seventy-five-meter-long covered arcade in the ninth arrondissement, distinguished by its high, fishbone-shaped glass roof. Built in eighteen forty-seven, it functions as a continuous pedestrian route from the neighboring Passage Jouffroy, forming part of a historic chain of galleries that once allowed Parisians to traverse the district while remaining sheltered from the elements.
