The University of Television and Film Munich is defined by a massive, one hundred and fifty meter long stone wall that marks its entrance like a freestanding sculpture. Established in nineteen sixty-six by the Bavarian government, the school is one of the most reputable institutions for filmmakers in the German-speaking world. It moved into this purpose-built campus at Bernd-Eichinger-Platz in two thousand eleven to centralize its studios, cinemas, and classrooms under one roof.
