The apartment building at Ainmillerstraße twenty-two is a four-story structure in Munich’s Schwabing district that stands out for its colorful, highly decorated facade. Built between eighteen ninety-nine and nineteen hundred, the building is a recognized example of the Munich Art Nouveau style, known locally as Jugendstil. Its exterior is defined by five vertical sections framed by fluted pillars, featuring floral ornaments, golden details, and recurring mask reliefs that crown the arches.
