Navarinou

Navarinou Park is an open-air space in the Exarcheia neighborhood, identifiable by its makeshift appearance and the presence of trees and seating areas tucked between surrounding apartment blocks. Until two thousand nine, this plot was an abandoned parking lot owned by the Technical Chamber of Greece. That year, local residents occupied the site, removed the concrete, and replaced it with soil to establish a communal garden.
