Platia Filikis Eterias, often called Kolonaki Square, sits at the center of the upscale Kolonaki district. You can pick it out by the small, two-meter-tall marble pillar standing in its midst. Known as the koloni—the little column—this ancient relic gave the surrounding neighborhood its name long before the square became a hub for cafes and boutiques.
