The Carl Lutz Memorial on Dob utca consists of two bronze figures connected by a long, undulating ribbon of metal. One figure is a gilded, life-sized angel emerging from the wall high above the ground, while the second figure lies on the pavement below, reaching upward. Sculpted by Tamás Szabó in nineteen ninety-one, this work sits at the edge of what was once the Budapest ghetto.
