The Ghetto Memorial Wall on Dohány Street is a steel structure designed by Péter Sugár and the Szövetség thirty-nine group to mark the location of the Budapest ghetto. Installed in two thousand fourteen for the seventieth anniversary of the ghetto’s formation, the monument features a concrete base with an imprinted map showing the boundaries of the area where seventy thousand Jewish residents were forced to live under Nazi and Arrow Cross occupation.
