Johari Bazar, Jama Masjid

The Jama Masjid stands on a raised stone platform, elevated above the surrounding streets by a flight of thirty-five steps. This seventeenth-century congregational mosque is constructed primarily of red sandstone, marked by three prominent domes that feature zigzagging white marble patterns and inverted lotus finials.
