The Millennia stands at the northern edge of the Malecón, directly beside the Hotel Rosita. This seven-point-three-meter-tall bronze sculpture takes the form of a rising spiral, marking the beginning of the city’s famous seaside promenade. Installed in two thousand one, the work serves as an artistic timeline of human existence and evolution.
