Nature as Mother

Nature as Mother is an abstract sculpture formed by a curved, spiraling shell supporting a figure with human arms and a face. Created in nineteen ninety-six by the Guadalajara artist Adrián Reynoso, the work is made from a combination of resin and bronze. It depicts a crashing wave, a design intended to represent the evolution of life and the planetary forces that control it.
