Palmentuin Prinseneiland

At Prinseneiland number forty, you can find the Palmentuin, or Palm Garden. It is a quiet green space filled with palms, cactuses, and fig trees that flourish despite the northern climate. The garden occupies a plot of land that previously served as a scrapyard, situated within a neighborhood of seventeenth-century warehouses and canal houses.
