Hwang-o Myeong-gwa is a bakery located along Poseok-ro in the Gyeongju area, distinguished by its focus on traditional Korean rice crackers, or jeonbyeong. Unlike versions made with standard flour or margarine, the crackers here are prepared with rice flour and butter. These snacks are baked on-site, resulting in a thin, crisp texture that measures roughly two and a half millimeters in thickness.
