Sandy Bell's

Sandy Bell's, located at twenty-five Forrest Road, is easily identified by its small, traditional exterior and the frequent sound of fiddles, accordions, and whistles spilling out into the street. Though it appears to be a modest neighborhood bar today, the building began its life as a local shop with shelves that once held groceries. By the nineteen twenties, it operated as a pub known as The Forrest Hill Buffet, owned by a woman named Mrs. Bell.
