Bernal Heights Summit is a prominent, windswept hill defined by the fifty-foot telecommunications tower at its highest point, which some locals call the Sutrito for its resemblance to the city’s taller Sutro Tower. The summit and its surrounding grassy slopes form the heart of Bernal Heights Park, providing a nearly three-hundred-sixty-degree view of the city and the bay.
