Holly Park

Holly Park sits atop a grassy hill encircled by residential streets, marked by its crowning grove of eucalyptus and cypress trees. Established in eighteen sixty-two, it began when silver magnate James Graham Fair purchased seven and a half acres of the undeveloped Bernal Rancho and deeded the land to the city. For decades, the plot remained an isolated, neglected space as the surrounding neighborhood grew.
