Alemany Maze

The Alemany Maze is a sprawling highway interchange where United States Route one hundred one and Interstate two hundred eighty converge in southern San Francisco. It is defined by its complex web of looping ramps and double-deck freeway sections that funnel traffic between the city and the peninsula. Commuters often refer to the tangle as the Spaghetti Bowl because of the way its concrete branches stretch across the landscape.
