Carson Kitchen occupies the rear of the historic John E. Carson Hotel, a midcentury building at the corner of Carson Avenue and Sixth Street. You can identify the site by its retro, factory-like aesthetic, which reflects the industrial character of the surrounding Fremont East District. Inside, the space features an open kitchen and an outdoor courtyard designed to feel like a relaxed dinner party.
