Winchester Hotel and Winchester Hall

The Winchester Hotel and Winchester Hall rise from the corner of Parliament and Winchester streets as a substantial red-brick complex. The three-and-a-half-storey hotel, completed in eighteen eighty-eight by architects Kennedy and Holland, displays a mansard roof and a corner tower that once held a prominent wooden lantern. Adjoining it is the two-storey Winchester Hall, which dates back to eighteen eighty.
