You can identify Kødbyens Fiskebar by the concrete bull sculpture created by Einar Utzon-Frank in nineteen thirty-three, which remains perched above the entrance. This building once served as a functional gateway to Copenhagen’s old meat market, an industrial area where butchers formerly operated. The interior retains this raw history, featuring the same white-tiled walls and concrete floors that were once hosed down after the daily meat trade.
