The Église Saint-Nizier is recognizable by its two sharply asymmetrical towers: one from the fifteenth century topped with a red-tiled roof and a clock, and a second, neo-Gothic spire built in the nineteenth century. Located on the Presqu'île, this Flamboyant Gothic structure occupies a site that has hosted religious buildings since the early days of Christianity in the second century.
