Parc Simone Veil in Les Lilas is defined by its open, green landscape, which stands in contrast to the dense urban surroundings near the Paris peripheral boulevard. Inaugurated in September two thousand eighteen, this five-thousand-square-meter park transformed a previously vacant lot in the Les Bruyères neighborhood into a community space. It features wide paths, lawns, and young oak trees, providing a transition between the city’s residential blocks and the busy roads nearby.
