A colorful, forty-meter-long mural stretches across the wall under the boulevard Soult tunnel, near the Coulée verte René-Dumont. This street art pays tribute to Alexandra David-Néel, a French explorer, writer, and Buddhist scholar who became the first Western woman to enter the restricted city of Lhasa, Tibet, in nineteen twenty-four. The painting depicts her adventurous spirit and includes imagery of Asian culture, such as dragons and figures from her travels.
