Jardin du Carrousel

The Jardin du Carrousel is recognizable by the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel, a triumphal arch standing between the Louvre Museum and the Tuileries Garden. This space sits on the site where the Tuileries Palace once stood before it was burned and demolished in the nineteenth century. Today, it features a series of radial yew hedges and a collection of bronze sculptures by Aristide Maillol.
