Passage Choiseul

Passage Choiseul is a long, narrow commercial arcade distinguished by its straight path and a continuous glass-and-iron roof that spans nearly one hundred and ninety meters. Built between eighteen twenty-six and eighteen twenty-seven on the site of several demolished private mansions, it ranks as the longest covered passage in Paris. The architect François Mazois designed the original structure, though he died before its completion, leaving Antoine Tavernier to finish the work.
