Passage des Panoramas

The Passage des Panoramas stands out for the glass roof that covers its hundred and thirty-three meters, shielding a quiet corridor of storefronts from the busy streets outside. Built in seventeen ninety-nine, it is the oldest covered passage in Paris. It owes its name to the two large, illuminated rotundas that once stood at its entrance, showcasing massive three-hundred-and-sixty-degree painted canvases of landscapes and historical scenes.
