The Place de la Réunion in Paris is marked by a circular layout and a central fountain featuring three bronze figures carrying water vessels. This square takes its name from the nineteenth-century merger of two former villages, Petit Charonne and Grand Charonne, which had previously been separated by the wall of the Fermiers généraux.
