Raju Bhai Rabdi Wala is a small, unpretentious shop located in Nani Gali, just a short distance from the Jagdish Temple in the heart of the Old City. The shop is recognizable by the scent of simmering milk and the sight of pans heating on-site, where workers continuously prepare fresh batches of rabdi, a traditional Rajasthani dessert made from thickened, sweetened milk.
