Shri Mahalaxmi Mandir sits in the Bhatiyani Chohatta area of Udaipur’s Old City. You can recognize the entrance by two stone elephants carved on either side of the inner chamber, each holding a lotus and a water-filled vessel in its trunk as if performing a ritual bathing of the goddess.
