A large-scale mural now adorns the walls of the Kabir Math in the Kabir Chaura neighborhood of Varanasi. Commissioned by the Varanasi Development Authority and crafted by curator Abhishek Kumar Singh with lead artist Rishiraj Chakraborty, this modern public artwork spans the complex to visualize the life of the fifteenth-century poet-saint Kabir. The imagery portrays him in daily acts of meditation and spinning khadi, accompanied by his own handwritten couplets.
