Shingonzaka

Shingonzaka is one of the Tennoji Seven Slopes, a series of historic, stone-paved inclines that cut across the undulating landscape of the Uemachi Plateau. You can distinguish this slope by its distinctive stone steps and the way it climbs the western edge of the plateau, rising toward the higher ground that has defined local geography for centuries.
