Janabaha Dyo (Seto MachhindraNath Temple)

Janabaha Dyo, also known as the Seto Machhindranath Temple, is a striking three-tiered pagoda located in Jana Bahal between the busy lanes of Asan and Indra Chowk. This sanctuary features intricate wood and metal carvings that distinguish it from the surrounding urban density. It is dedicated to a deity revered by both Hindus, who often see him as an incarnation of Shiva, and Buddhists, who worship him as an aspect of the Bodhisattva of Compassion, Avalokiteshvara.
