Bayt Xenel

Bayt Xenel is among the first concrete buildings constructed in the historic Al Balad district of Jeddah. While the neighborhood is defined by traditional coral stone architecture, this structure represents a period of modernization that began to reshape the city’s urban landscape during the early twentieth century.
