Van's Dive Bar

Van's Dive Bar, located at ten twenty-seven East Fifth Avenue, stands in the Fairview neighborhood as a spot known for its focus on live music and local performances. Before it became Van’s, the building operated as a bar called Kings X. In twenty sixteen, culinary veteran Van Hale and his wife, Nicki Shinners, acquired the property and transformed it into its current iteration.
