The Ulu Factory at two hundred eleven West Ship Creek Avenue occupies a twelve-thousand-square-foot facility that produces the traditional crescent-shaped ulu knife. The company began more than fifty years ago in a small, one-car garage on the east side of Anchorage before expanding into this current manufacturing and retail site.
