Funston Beach

Funston Beach is distinguished by its massive, two-hundred-foot-tall sandy bluffs that drop steeply to the shoreline at the southwestern edge of San Francisco. This wild stretch of coast, tucked beneath the headlands of the former Fort Funston, is shaped by dramatic geological shifts and powerful Pacific winds.
