The Buon Gusto Sausage Factory stands on Green Street as a low-slung, International-style structure featuring ribbed tiles, glazed panels, and subtle red, green, and white striping. Completed in nineteen forty-eight, it was designed by architect Martin J. Rist for owner Federico Casissa to serve as a high-capacity production plant for Italian specialty meats.
