Pier 15 stretches nearly three football fields into the San Francisco Bay, defined by its long, historic steel shed that dates back to nineteen thirty-one. Once a hub for steamship companies and military logistics during the Second World War, the structure served as a site for trucking operations in the nineteen fifties before falling into a period of dormancy.
