Fourteen East Jackson Boulevard, known today as the Richard M. and Maggie C. Daley Building, is defined by its ornate terra cotta facade and its pair of towers modeled after Florentine-Gothic campaniles. Completed in nineteen thirteen, the eighteen-story structure was designed by architects Marshall and Fox. It originally served as the flagship store for Henry C. Lytton and Sons, a prominent men's clothing retailer often called The Hub.
