Located on Las Vegas Boulevard, the property occupies a three-story building that originally opened in nineteen sixty-two as a Travel Inn Motel. After years of abandonment, the structure was purchased in two thousand seven, renovated, and later integrated with the adjacent Gold Spike nightlife venue.
