Tenth Avenue Square is a sunken, amphitheater-style seating area built directly into the structure of the High Line at seventeenth street. It is defined by rows of concrete tiers that descend toward a large glass window, creating an elevated vantage point that frames the traffic and pedestrians moving along Tenth Avenue below.
