The High Line Plinth is a wide, elevated platform located on the Spur, the final section of the High Line at the intersection of West Thirtieth Street and Tenth Avenue. Surrounded by wide stepped seating, this open-air stage serves as a dedicated site for a rotating series of monumental contemporary art commissions. Modeled after the Fourth Plinth in London’s Trafalgar Square, the platform is designed to hold large-scale works that tower above the surrounding Hudson Yards cityscape.
