Campbell's Stores

Campbell's Stores is a row of eleven gabled sandstone bays standing along the waterfront of Campbells Cove. Built between eighteen fifty and eighteen sixty-one, these Victorian Georgian warehouses once housed imported goods like tea, sugar, and spirits brought in by the merchant Robert Campbell. They represent the only surviving warehouse complex of their kind on the shores of Sydney Cove, marking a time when this harbor was the center of colonial maritime trade.
