The Agar Steps are a set of Victorian-era stone stairs in Millers Point that connect Kent Street to Observatory Hill. They are distinguished by a tall, palisade-style wrought iron fence with cast iron spearheads that runs alongside them, following the steep cliff line up the hillside.
