Main Street Brewing Co.

Main Street Brewing Company occupies a yellow, Mission-style heritage building at two hundred sixty-one East Seventh Avenue that dates to nineteen thirteen. Originally constructed as the Vancouver Breweries Garage, the structure is a rare survivor from the neighborhood’s early industrial days when local brewers drew water from the nearby Brewery Creek. That creek was eventually diverted into an underground tunnel, but the building remains, featuring exposed brick walls and original structural beams.
