Habitat Island is a rocky, tree-covered landmass reaching into the waters of False Creek. While it appears to be a natural extension of the shoreline, it is a man-made creation constructed from sixty thousand cubic meters of rock, gravel, and sand left over from the development of the nearby Olympic Village.
