Robson Square consists of cascading waterfalls, green terraces, and a stepped concrete landscape that stretches across three city blocks. Architect Arthur Erickson and landscape architect Cornelia Hahn Oberlander designed the complex, which reached completion in nineteen eighty-three. The design avoids the form of a traditional skyscraper by spreading the building mass horizontally, allowing access across its roof structures.
