2022 Paris shooting

Rue d'Enghien is a street in the tenth arrondissement characterized by its density of small shops, cafes, and restaurants. On December twenty-third, twenty-twenty-two, this thoroughfare became the site of a mass shooting that began at the Ahmet Kaya Kurdish Cultural Center. A sixty-nine-year-old gunman opened fire at the cultural center, a Kurdish restaurant across the street, and a nearby hair salon.
